Lift handle and remove tray
•Remove grease tray and discard grease into a grease resistant container for disposal. Wash grease tray in warm soapy water or place in dishwasher.
•Clean the grease tray after each use.
•Wash in detergent and hot water; rinse and dry.
•Stubborn soil: Soft Scrub®.
•Empty grease tray after each use.
•Remove tray after grease has cooled. Be careful not to fill it so full that tipping to remove it spills the grease.
