1 TROUBLESHOOTING FOR THE HARDWARE

Paper jam in the Saddle Stitch Finisher MJ-1024 and the Hole Punch Unit MJ-6004 (both optional)

1 Hold up the guide of the paper exit portion and remove the jammed paper.

When the Hole Punch Unit MJ-6004 is installed, proceed to step 2. If not, go to step 6.

When the Hole Punch Unit MJ-6004 is installed

2 Open the Hole Punch Unit cover.

3 Turn the green knob to locate within the area indicated on the label.

With the knob set in this position, the punches are up so that paper can be released.

4 Lift up the Hole Punch Unit and remove the jammed paper.
