6.18 Read/Reset Report Name Programming

6.18Read/Reset Report Name Programming

Read/Reset Report Names are programmed here. A maximum of 12 one-byte characters can be programmed.

CONDITION	Any time outside a sale
OPERATION	Mode Lock: SET

1)Menu Tree

2)Operation Flowchart

Main Menu

Depress [↓] then [Enter].

or

Depress [2].

Depress the [↓] key nine times then

[Enter] key.

or

Depress [0].

ECR is being outside a sale and in SET mode.

“2 NAMES” is selected.

“0 X/Z REPORT NAME” is selected.

Select an X/Z report No. of which report name is to be programmed with the [↑] or [↓] key.

[Enter]

Input an X/Z report name.

[Enter]

[End]

The X/Z report name already programmed is displayed.

The ECR enters character input mode.

A maximum of 12 one-byte characters are input.

The X/Z report name is entered and printed.

This programming is ended. A long receipt is issued and the display returns to Main Menu screen.

NOTES:

1.Enter all characters in regular size. In actually printing on reports, they will be printed in all double-sized characters.

2.As shown in the table on the following pages, the standard program data is preprogrammed (which is auto- set after a RAM Clear). Therefore, program only the report names that need to be changed.
