The scanner creates an empty conventional system with a default name of System

nC. Note that “n” is a number that increments as you add new systems. The C on the right side of the display indicates that this is a conventional system. After creating the system:

1.Set system-level settings that apply to conventional systems in “Programming System Settings.”

2.Create one or more channel groups with channels as described in “Programming Channel Groups.”
