TRANSFERRING IMAGES FROM DIGITAL MEMORY CARDS
Digital cameras save photographs on various types of removable memory cards. Using the slots on the front of the PhotoPort 7700 scanner, you can transfer images directly into your computer from the CompactFlash and SmartMedia cards without having to connect the camera to the computer.
Note: Transferring images from the memory card with your PhotoPort 7700 scanner does not erase the images from the card. If you want to erase the images or store other files on the cards, see “Using Digital Media as a Hard Drive” on page 22.
