[SENSe:]FUNCtion:FREQuency
[SENSe:]FUNCtion:FREQuency <ch_list> sets the SENSe function to
frequency for channels in <ch_list>. Also configures the channels specified
as digital inputs. See “About Period and Frequency Measurements” on page 16.
