Bubble menu

A bubble menu will be displayed on the screen whenever you press on a device icon in the print line. The contents of the bubble menu will vary according to the device selected and the status of that device.

Press on a device representation to display a bubble menu of commands that can be carried out on that device.

Bubble menu command buttons depend on the exact equipment in the print line (See "Bubble menus" on page 4-11).

Status bar

The status bar at the bottom of the screen indicates the different states of the printer.
