When a CD-RW disc has been finalized

Cautions

Further recording is not possible onto a finalized CD-R disc. Make sure that all recordings have been completed before finalization.

Make sure a CD-R or CD-RW disc has no scratches, dust, fingerprints or similar marks before loading. Wipe a CD-R or CD-RW disc if there is any dust on it.

See page 4 for handling of a CD-R or CD-RW disc.

Once the finalization process has started, no other operation is possible until finalization is completed.

Never turn off the power or disconnect the power cord during finalization.

The level meter shows the finalization progress on the display.
