OPERACIÓN

CONOZCA SU CULTIVADORA

ANTES DE HACER FUNCIONAR LA CULTIVADORA, LEA EL MANUAL DEL USUARIO Y TODA LA INFORMACIÓN SOBRE SEGURIDAD. Para familiarizarse con la ubicación de los controles, compare las siguientes ilustraciones con su cultivadora. Guarde este manual para consultas futuras.

Control de aceleración – Controla la ve- locidad del motor y la rotación de los dientes. La cultivadora está equipada con un embra- gue centrífugo que engancha el sistema de transmisión de los dientes cuando se aumenta la velocidad del motor.

Palanca de control del ahogador – Se

usa para ayudar a arrancar el motor en frío.

Interruptor de ENCENDIDO / APAGA- DO – La posición ENCENDIDO permite ha- cer arrancar el motor. La posición APAGADO para el motor y no lo deje arrancar.

Interruptor de parada – Se usa para detener el motor.

Manija de arranque manual – El motor está equipado con una manija de arranque manual fácil de usar.

Varilla de profundidad – Móntela con las ruedas arriba para ajustar la profundidad del corte. También se usa para ayudar a controlar la dirección y la velocidad de la cultivadora. Ruedas de transporte – Monte las ruedas en la posición más baja cuando esté trasla- dando la cultivadora.

PROTECCIÓN PARA LOS OJOS

Use siempre gafas de seguridad. Si usa an- teojos recetados, colóquese una careta de seguridad de visión amplia sobre sus anteo- jos.

ADVERTENCIA: La cultivadora puede lanzar con fuerza objetos y basuras a los ojos, lo cual

puede causar lesiones graves. Use siem- pre gafas de seguridad o caretas protec- toras durante la operación de la cultiva- dora.
