3.To change the information displayed for external calls, select the External Number DB tab (Figure 4-9), then select the information that you want displayed on lines 1, 2, and 3 from the Source/Dest Caller Information group box. If you do not want to display any information on a line, select None.

4.To change the information displayed for DID calls, select the DID DB tab (Figure 4-10), then select the information that you want displayed on lines 1, 2, and 3 from the Source/Dest DID Info group box. If you do not want to display any information on a line, select None.
