Viewing the Preset

1.Press Menu.

2.Use the Review keys to scroll and select "Use preset setup?".

3.Use the Review keys to scroll and select "View stored preset?".

4Scroll through the preset values of class, postage amount, ac- count, etc.

5.When finished, press Clear/Back three times to return to main screen.

Recalling the Preset

You can call up the preset values at any time to use on your mail with this simple procedure.

1.Press Menu.

2.Use the Review keys to scroll and select "Recall Preset?". You return to the main screen with the preset values displayed.

Checking, Printing, and Clearing the Batch Count

You can view the accumulated postage value and the number of pieces in a batch of mail. You can print these for your records. There is also an option to clear (reset) the batch count to zero.

Checking the Batch Count

1.Press Funds.

2.Scroll until you see a screen similar to below. The number of pieces are shown on the top line and the accumulated postage is on the bottom line.

3. Press Clear/Back to return to the main screen.
