Installation and commissioning

The display unit is already mounted on the scale. If necessary, use the supplied bracket to place it on a table or fix it to the wall.

1.For table use, insert the rubber feet.

2.For wall use, fix the bracket to the wall approx. 110-150cm above the ground.

3.Insert the display unit into the bracket.

4.Connect the power supply ...

5. ... and/or insert (rechargeable) batteries (4 x 1.5V AA). Then slacken the two screws on the left side of the housing.

6.Erect the platform at the point of use.

Using a spirit level, ensure that the platform is horizontal.

The scale is ready for use.

A short warm-up period of a couple of minutes after switch-on stabilises the measured values. Place the weighing product carefully on the scale. Do not keep any loads permanently on the platform. Avoid any knocks or overloading above the stated maximum load. These could damage the scale.

Display is fixed to improve legibility. Replace the batteries or charge the rechar- geable batteries.
