Received fax remote notifcation (SF-345TP only)

While you are away from your home or office, you can know if there is a new fax or not. Your machine can send a voice message with a recorded number you select when the new fax comes in.

1Press Menu repeatedly, and press Enter when ADVANCED FAX appears.

2Select Set Fax Notice by pressing < or >, and press Enter. The display shows Off or On whenever you press < or >.

•Off: disables auto fax notice

•On: dials the number and leaves the voice message to notify the new fax

3Press Enter after selecting On.

4Enter the telephone number and press Enter.

If you have ever recorded a Fax auto notice OGM before, the machine asks if you want to change. If there is no recorded OGM, the machine asks to record OGM.

5To change or record the OGM press Enter, and speak into the microphone. Or, press Stop/Clear to keep as it is.
