Select "Manual" or "Auto" to enable IP address searching by the host name using the DNS.

Select "Off" when not using the DNS.

Selecting "Auto" is available only when "On" is selected for "DHCP" (using the DHCP server).

When "Manual" is selected for the DNS, enter the DNS serv- er addresses in "IP Address (Primary)" and "IP Address (Secondary)".

Enter 4 units from the decimal numbers (0-255) according to the network configuration.

Default: Off

Server Port

Set the server port number of the recorder (required to use the monitoring software).

Unit Address (System)

A unit address (Sys) is a unique number assigning to PS·Data devices. The addresses must be unique to identify system devices when connecting multiple devices compatible with PS·Data.

Numbers, "001"-"099", are to be assigned as the unit addresses to the system devices.

Default: 001

Unit Address (Controller)

A unit address (Ctrl) is a unit address assigning to con- trol PS·Data devices. Numbers, "002"-"099", are to be assigned as the unit addresses to the system controller. Default: 002
