Entering your extension or telephone number identifies your fax.

Press to confirm that the number is correct

To print an e-mail message (continued):

When prompted to record an introduction, press to print your message

Note: You should not record an introduction when forwarding an e-mail message to a fax machine. Press 5 to immediately send your message for printing.

Press to forward the message to another fax machine or someone else

OR

Press to exit
