Duration of Hardware Warranty

Ninety (90) days.

Replacement, Repair, or Refund Policy for Hardware

Cisco or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within ten

(10)working days after receipt of the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) request. Actual delivery times can vary depending on the customer location.

Cisco reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.

To Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number

Contact the company from whom you purchased the product. If you purchased the product directly from Cisco, contact your Cisco Sales and Service Representative.

Required Tools and Equipment

Caution The fastener pack, within the rack-mount kit, contains eight rack screws. You must check these screws to ensure that they are the appropriate size for the holes in your rack. Using the wrong-sized screws for your threaded rack holes can damage the rack.

You need the following tools and equipment to install the Cisco ADE 2130 and 2140 Series appliance in a 2- or 4-post rack:

Warning Only trained and qualified personnel should be allowed to install, replace, or service this equipment.

Statement 1030

ESD-preventive cord and wrist strap.

Number 2 Phillips screwdriver.

Flat-blade screwdrivers: small, 3/16-inch (0.476 cm) and medium, 1/4-inch (0.625 cm).

To remove the cover, if you are upgrading memory or other components
