		Description
	48 (CLEAR)	Timer expired	IP circuit is disconnected because it
		(generic).	was inactive for more than the
			configured minimum time limit and
			the system must free the circuit to
			complete CALL REQUEST.
	49 (CLEAR)	Timer expired	CALL CONFIRM not received within
		for	the T21 time limit (set at
