Description

The RIDGID Model K-40 (Figures 1 – 3) and K-40 Battery (Figure 4) Drain Cleaning Machines are designed to clean 3/4to 21/2drain lines in kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Machines are supplied with a pneumatic foot pedal for the ON/OFF control of the motor.

The K-40 electric powered machine is supplied with a 1/8 HP motor and can be configured with the following op- tional features:

Guide hose (Figure 2).

Guide hose with autofeed (Figure 3).

The autofeed unit automatically feeds or retrieves the cable. The autofeed attached to the guide tube allows the cable to be directly fed into the drain thereby eliminating the need to manually control the cable.

The Model K-40B (Figure 4) battery powered version eliminates the need for a power outlet or extension cord at the point of application. It is only offered with the guide hose/autofeed assembly.
