for the Product

if it

is

located

in

area (more than 100 miles from an authorized service provider) or is reason

 

 

inaccessible, hazardous, threatening, or treacherous locale, surroundings, or

 

 

 

environment; in any such event,

and ship

the

parts

to

the nearest

authorized

service

provider, bu

 

 

would still

be

fully

liable

and

responsible

for

any

travel

time

or

by the service company, assuming they

to

make

service

Thermador

is under no obligation, at law or otherwise,

to provide

concessions, including repairs, proorates, or Product replacement, once this

 

 

 

warranty

has

excludes

all defects
