Returning Products for Repair
A product sent directly to 3Com for repair must first be as signed a Return
Materials Authorization (RMA) number. A product sent to 3Com without
an RMA number will be returned to the sender unopened, at the sender’s
expense.
To obtain an RMA number for Integrated Sys tem s Division products
(formerly Chipcom), use the following numbers.
Accessing the 3Com MIB
The 3Com Management Information Base (MIB) for the Integrated Systems
Division describes commands that enable you to manage 3Com
SNMP-based products. The M IB is available over the Internet o n an
anonymous FTP server. Updates to the se MIBs are released as new 3Com
products are introduced.
To access Internet versions:
1. FTP to ftp.chipcom.com (151.104.9.65).
2. Enter the login name anonymous.
