Setting Dip Switch S1
The S1 dip switch on the 10BAS E-FB Modules have 10 switches. These
switches allow you to enable or disabl e redundancy between ports 1 & 2
and 3 & 4.
The S1 dip switch on the:
❑Port-Switching 10BASE-FB Modul e allows you to - assign each port to
a backplane channel
❑Module-Switching 10BASE-FB Module a llows you to - assign the
module to a backplane channel

Module section.
Table 3-2 lists the functions and settings for switches 1 and 2.
