ExpertISDN has determined that the switch protocol is Nortel

Bad call type level 1
Internal error as a result of outgoing call attempt.
Bad Host_Call_ID level 1
Internal error as a result of call control.
Bad phone number level 2
An outgoing call was attempted with a badly formatted or empty phone num- ber.
