AltiGen Voice Mail System Main Menu Options

Onceyou’ve successfully logged into the AltiGen Voice Mail System, you

arep resented with the following options at the Main Menu:

1. Listen to New Messages

2. ReviewSaved Messages

3. Send a Message

4. AccessPersonal Options

5. AccessPrivate Messaging Options

6. Phrase Management (system manager extens ion only)

9. TransferOut of Voice Mail (for remote access AltiGen Voice Mail

System only)

Listening to Messages

Ifthere are new messages in your voice mail box, the Message button on

theLCD flashes and the dial tone changes from a constanttone to a broken

tone. At the MainMen u,th e AltiGen Voice Mail System announces the

presenceof new and saved messages.

TheMain Menu options 1, 2, and 8 are not available and are not announced
