Reviewing Scheduled Reminder Calls

Ifa scheduled reminder call has not been delivered, there is an additional
optionon the Reminder Call menu; you can press 1to review scheduled
remindercalls.
Call Forwarding
Youcan configure Call Forwarding from your phone or from a remote
location by dialing into the AltiGen Voice Mail System and following the
stepslisted h ere:
Note: Forwardingcalls to a pageris possible but not recommended
sincecallers will only hear what is heard when calling a pager and
mightnot know to enter a return phone number unless instructed.

To Set Up Call Forwarding:

Afterpressing 4at the Main Menu to hear the Personal Options menu, press
5to set up call forwarding, then…
1. Enterthe destination number.
Ifit is an external number, begin with the outside trunk or route access
digit and any long distance prefix digits such as 1and area code.
2. Immediatelyafter entering th ede stination number, press #.
This forwards all calls to the destination number until you login and
select the callf orwarding option again and disable it.

Eachtime you login to the AltiGen Voice Mail System, you heara Feature
Tip—helpful tips and reminders about the most useful AltiWare/ACM
systemfeatures. There are a total of eleven tips and a different tip is played
eachtime you access t he AltiGen Voice MailSyst em.
Anotherway to listen to Featu re Tips is by pressing #55 on your telephone.
You can listen to just one tip at a time or listen to all the tips at once.
Totu rn this feature off, press 6at the Personal Optionsmenu. This is a
togglefeature, so that if the feature is turned off, pressing 6at the Personal
Options menu will turn it back on again.
