Appendix A - User Reference

Basic Phone Operation.

Do Not	Press #33
Disturb
Handset/	To switch between handset, headset and speaker, the user can
Headset/	go offhook, press the Speaker button or press the Headset
Speaker	button.
Hold	During a call:
	Press HOLD button to put current call on hold
	To retrieve a single call on hold:
	Press HOLD button, lift handset, hit Speaker button or
	Headset button.
	To retrieve multiple calls on hold:
	1)	Use !/# to select a hold call to be retrieved.
	2)	Press ENTER button
	OR
	1)	Press HOLD button to retrieve last hold call.
Intercom	Incoming Intercom:
	Incoming voice path is heard through the speaker, indicated by
	the button’s blinking indicator light.
Mute	While on a call with Speaker on:
	1)	Press Mute button.
	2)	To disengage mute, press Mute button again.
Program	1)	Use the keypad to enter digits for speed dial number or
Memory	feature code.
Button	2)	Press Save button to save digits.
	3) Press Memory button (M1 - M7) where you wish to storethe
	speed dial number or feature code.
	4)	Use keypad to enter name for entry.
	5)	Press Save button.
Redial	Phone is onhook
	Press REDIAL button.
Speaker	To use the speakerphone:
	1)	Press the Speaker button
