Non-volatile RAM
Non-volatile RAM can be used as a means of dramatical ly sto ring and retrie ving run time
application data. NOVRAM has the following spec ificatio ns:
! 32 pin
! 128K bytes maximum in segments D0000 and E 0000
! Must be programmed in place on the Little Board/486e CPU
! NOVRAM offers some advantages over Flash EPROM including faster access speeds and
unlimited write operations.
