Select “Rings to Auto Answer” to set the number of rings before the unit answers. The module displays the following: The default setting is 2.

Modem Connectivity Timeout
Select the Modem Connectivity Timeout option to set the continuous connectivity time (1 to 120 minutes) before the modem automatically disconnects. Entering a time of 0 disables the Connectivity Timeout. The timer starts when the modem answers (DCD goes high). The modem will disconnect, regardless of activity, when time runs out. Default setting is 60 minutes. The module displays the following:

This option sets the time the modem will automatically disconnect, if there is no activity equaling the programmed amount of time (1 to 120 minutes). Default setting is 0 (disabled).
Select Modem Inactivity Timeout and the module display the following:
