Stop the old BlackBerry Enterprise Server
After you migrate the user accounts to the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server, you must prevent the old BlackBerry Enterprise Server from connecting to the wireless infrastructure. If you attempt to connect two BlackBerry Enterprise Servers to the wireless infrastructure using the same SRP credentials, the credentials are deactivated.
1.In the Windows Services panel, stop all BlackBerry services.
2.Set the startup type for all BlackBerry services to Disabled.
