Returning user accounts to their previous BlackBerry Enterprise Server version
You can return user accounts to their previous BlackBerry Enterprise Server version, but you have a limited amount of time in which to do so.
After users connect their BlackBerry devices to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and receive their new SRP routing and service name information, you can no longer migrate their accounts back to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 3.6.
