7.Use a measuring spoon to measure the baking pow- der and baking soda; level off with a straight edge of a knife and add to the pan.
8.Place the Bread Pan into the machine and close the Lid. Select Special mode and 3 Cake menu. Press

9.After 4 minutes of the kneading process, the cake should be manually stirred. Using a plastic or rubber spatula, scrape down the sides to the bottom of the pan while the blade is stirring.
