bread flour | 14 cups |
whole wheat flour | 1 cup |
Red Star® active dry yeast | 12 tsp |
Use Dough mode and 2 Dough menu
Method | 1. | When cycle is complete, turn the dough onto |

| floured surface. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape |
|
| each piece into a smooth ball. |
| 2. | Place in greased |
|
| and let rise in warm place until indentation remains |
|
| after touching side of roll. |
| 3. | Bake at 350˚F/177˚C for 15 to 25 minutes, or until |
|
| golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm or |
|
| cool. |
