RECETTES

Risotto à la vanille

Pour 4 personnes

250 ml de riz Arborio

625 ml de lait

65 ml de sucre

1 cuillère à thé d’extrait de vanille

125 ml de crème

1.Remplissez le réservoir d’eau jusqu’au niveau MAX, placez le plateau d’égouttage, puis le panier de cuisson (–) par-dessus.

2.Placez le riz, le lait et le sucre dans le bol de cuisson pour le riz et les sauces. Placez délicatement le bol dans le panier de cuisson. Placez le couvercle.

3.Réglez la minuterie sur 60 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que le riz soit cuit et le liquide absorbé. Abrégez ou prolongez le temps de cuisson,

le cas échéant.

4.Retirez le couvercle et ajoutez l’extrait de vanille et la crème en

remuant doucement pour l’incorporer. Remettez le couvercle et faites cuire encore 5-8 minutes ou jusqu’à obtenir un mélange épais et crémeux.

Servez chaud avec des fruits pochés ou frais.
