Légumes de printemps avec sauce de salade au citron

Pour 4 à 6 personnes

3 carottes, pelées et coupées en tranches fines

250 g de chou fleur

2 panouilles, écales enlevées

250 g de brocoli

1 botte d’asperges, taillés

100 g de mange-tout, préparés

Sauce :

1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron

2 petites cuillères de moutarde de Dijon

1 cuillère à thé de miel

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive légère Sel et poivre, facultatif

1.Remplissez le réservoir d’eau jusqu’au niveau MAX, placez le plateau d’égouttage, puis le panier de cuisson (–) par-dessus.

2.Disposez les carottes et le chou fleur dans le panier de cuisson et mettez le couvercle.

3.Réglez la minuterie du cuiseur sur

4 minutes. Cuisez à la vapeur jusqu’à cuisson partielle.

4.Placez le maïs dans le panier de cuisson (=), enlevez le couvercle et placez le maïs par-dessus le panier (–), puis remettez le couvercle sur le cuiseur. Réglez la minuterie du cuiseur sur 3 minutes. Cuisez à la vapeur jusqu’à cuisson partielle.

5.Placez les brocolis, les asperges et les mange-tout dans le panier de cuisson ( ), retirez le couvercle et disposez les légumes par-dessus

6.Réglez la minuterie sur 7 minutes (temps total de cuisson de 14 minutes). Abrégez ou prolongez le temps de cuisson, le cas échéant.

7.Combinez les ingrédients de la sauce dans un pot propre avec un bouchon qui se visse et secouez bien.

8.Enlevez les légumes une fois cuits et placez-les dans un plat. Versez la sauce sur les légumes et remuez pour mélanger. Servez de suite.
