Sorting Multiple Copies (Using the Automatic Document Feeder)
If you want to sort multiple copies, use the Automatic Document Feeder.
1 | Insert the document face up in the feeder, or face down on the glass platen. | ||||||
2 | Using the dial pad, enter the number of copies you want (up to 99) | ||||||
3 | Press Options and press | or | to select STACK/SORT, and then press Menu/Set. | ||||
4 | Press | or | to choose SORT or STACK, and then press Menu/Set. | ||||
5 | Press Mono Copy or Colour | or | for additional settings. |
Special Copy Options (Using the Automatic Document Feeder) You can save paper by copying either two or four pages onto one page.

Special Copy Options (Using the Glass Platen)
You can save paper by copying either two or four pages onto one page, or you can create poster size copy.
1 Insert the document face down on the glass platen.
2 Press Options and or to select SPECIAL, and then press Menu/Set.
3 Press or to select 2IN1, 4IN1, POSTER or OFF, and press Menu/Set.
If you selected 2IN1 or 4IN1 in Step 3, place the next document on the glass platen, and then press Menu/Set. After all document have been scanned, go to Step 4.
4 Press Mono Copy or Colour Copy.
