Release Lever

1 Open the Scanner Cover by releasing the Scanner Cover release lever and lifting the Scanner Cover.

2 Remove the jammed paper.

If the jammed paper is under the Print Heads, unplug the machine, and then you can move the Print Heads to remove the paper.

3 Close the Scanner Cover.

Paper is jammed inside the front of the machine.

Pull the paper toward you.
