2Press D.T. for dial tone detection.

A small dot indicates where the machine will wait for the dial tone.

3Continue entering the rest of the fax/telephone number

with the numeric buttons.

Enabling Restriction of Your Machine

Follow this procedure to enable restriction of your machine:

Use or to select SYSTEM SETTINGS.

Press OK three times.

Use or to select ON.

Press OK twice.

Use the numeric buttons to enter a four-digit password.

This password prevents unauthorised access to the LOCK PHONE setting that enables or disables restriction of your machine. If you do not want to enter a password, ignore this

step.
