1.Turn the Combi on with the On/Off key .
2.Select mode.
3.Press the Smart Key .
•Various options will be shown in the display.

4.Confirm “Yes” with the Smart Key .
5.Press the Core Temperature key .
6.Set the desired final core temperature with the Selector Dial.
7.Press the Temperature key.
8.Set the desired Delta – T spread temperature.
