Too many TSR (terminate-and-stay-resident) applications are running.

Ensure that the optional memory expansion card is installed correctly, and then restart the Notebook.

Check the application documentation for memory requirements.

If necessary, install additional memory.

Remove from memory any TSR applications you do not need.
