Problem Solving

This appendix contains problem solving information for the RoamAbout Ethernet Adapter.

If your Ethernet Adapter is not operating properly, please make sure the Ethernet Adapter is running the latest firmware, and use this guide before contacting Technical Support. If you receive an error message in your log file, save the error in the SAVE CONFIGURATION file.
