3)Select the Transmit Rate from the drop-down menu.
4)Click on the Update and Reset Unit button.
Encryption Tab Page
The Encryption tab (Figure 4-6) may not appear if your PC card does not support this option. Encryption is necessary to associate to an Access Point which is configured to deny unencrypted connections. Consult your PC card documentation for a detailed description of how to set up encryption. In many cases, you will want encryption enabled to provide security for data being sent across the wireless part of your network.

To use encryption, perform the following steps:
1)Click on the Enable Encryption box.
2)Select the Transmit Key.
