8.1 STEP-BY-STEP FILTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Switch computer to OFF Slide the filter pan from the fryer cabinet
Open the filter-cover, and remove and clean the crumb tray
Remove and clean the filter screen
WARNING Do Not Use Filter Powder on Filter Pads
Slide the filter pan back inside fryer cabinet
Return handle and drain-valve handle location
With fryer off, open drain valve
Turn the computer back ON and use right
The computer will countdown the process, although it does not control the filtering
Close the drain-valve and leave the filter pump on to fill the frypot
With the drain-valve closed, frypot fills with oil
Turn off filter pump
Turn the filter alarm off by pressing
Top up oil level. Some oil may be lost in filtering process
Fill to first mark in frypot
