The cursor does not correctly follow the pen movements

Cause	Fault elimination
Pen incorrectly calibrated	Windows XP
	► Calibrate the pen as shown under Tablet
	and Pen Settings in the Control Panel, see
	"Setting the pen", Page 39 and "Calibrating
	the pen", Page 39.
	Windows Vista
	► Calibrate the pen as shown under Tablet PC
	Settings in the Control Panel, see "Setting
	the pen", Page 39 and "Calibrating the pen",
	Page 39.
	Windows 7
	► Calibrate the pen as shown under Hardware
	and Sound / Tablet PC Settings in the Control

The notebook cannot be started

Cause	Troubleshooting
The battery is not installed correctly.	► Check whether the battery is installed
	correctly in its compartment.
	► Switch the notebook on.
The battery is dead.	► Charge the battery.

	or
	► Insert a charged battery.
	or
	► Connect the mains adapter to the
	notebook.
The power adapter is not connected correctly.	► Check whether the mains adapter is
	connected correctly to the notebook.
	► Switch the notebook on.
