Chapter 6 Configuring the Epson FX-1050 Emulation with Control Codes

Line Spacing n/216 Inch

Purpose	Specifies the line spacing at n/216-inch increments.
where:	n = 0 through 255
Comment	All line feeds following receipt of this code are at n/216 inch line
	spacing until a new line spacing is selected or the printer is
	reset. Line spacing set by this control code overrides line
	spacing setting set at the operator panel.
	The vertical character position moves only in multiples of the
	current dot row spacing. If the distance to move is other than a
	multiple of the current dot row spacing, the remainder is added
	to the next paper motion command. Paper movement occurs in
	multiples of 3/216 only.
	Use caution when combining this control code with other print
	attributes such as Elongated (Double High), Superscript, or
	Subscript; overlapping lines may occur.
Example	The following example illustrates n/216-inch line spacing.
