ADJUSTING THE BRUSH ROLL HEIGHT (cont)

1Remove the Power Nozzle (25) from the Sentria system. >

Release the belt tension by using the handle on

2 the Belt Lifter (20) to turn it all the way to the right (clockwise) until the green arrows line up.

Unlock the two latches on the rear of the Power Nozzle to remove the Rug Plate (26).

Then lift the brush out of the nozzle. >

Rotate the plastic Brash Roll ends to the 1,2 or 3-notch

3 settings as desired. The greater the number of notches, the farther the bristles are extended.

When viewed from the top, rotate the plastic Brush Roll ends to the side with the appropriate number of notches visible. Make sure both plastic Brush Roll ends are set to the same number of notches. >

Place the brush back into the nozzle making sure both

4 plastic Brush Roll ends are set to the same number of notches (1, 2, or 3).

Replace the Rug Plate by placing it on the front of the bumper first and then pulling it over the bumper on rear of Power Nozzle (25). Secure the Rug Plate using the two latches that hold it in place.

Using the handle, hook the belt onto the Belt Lifter (20) and turn the Belt Lifter to the left (counter-clockwise) until the red arrows line up. This will stretch the belt in preparation for returning the nozzle to the Sentriasystem. •

Keep the entire Brush Roll and belt track clear of lint, string,

SERVICE TIP: hair and other fibers. This will allow the Brush Roll to perform to its fullest potential.
