½taza (120 mL) de leche descremada

3cucharadas (45 mL) de azúcar

2cucharaditas (10 mL) de sal

3cucharadas (45 mL) de mantequilla o margarina

2paquetes de levadura seca

1½ tazas (355 mL) de agua tibia (105°F a 115°F [40°C a 46°C])

5-6 tazas (1,2 a 1,5 L) de harina multiusos

Coloque la leche, el azúcar, la sal y la mantequilla en una cacerola pequeña. Caliente a fuego lento hasta que la mantequilla se derrita y el azúcar se disuelva. Enfríe hasta templar.

Hornee a 400°F (200°C) durante 30 minutos, o hasta que se doren. Retire de los moldes para horno inmediatamente y enfríe en rejillas

de alambre.
