Cuisson au gril par convection

Le cuisson au gril par convection est en fait un rôtissage par convection à température élevée. Utiliser ce programme pour griller de gros morceaux de viande. Les résultats de cuisson sont comparables à ceux obtenus par l’emploi de brochettes rotatives.

1. Placer la grille à la hauteur voulue.

Consulter le tableau intitulé “Guide de cuisson au gril” présenté plus loin dans cette section pour connaître nos recom- mandations à ce sujet.

2.Préchauffer le gril pendant cinq minutes avant l’utilisation.

3.Appuyer sur “CONVECTION BROIL (Cuisson au gril par convection)”.

5. Mettre le four en marche.

REMARQUES :

•Il est possible de modifier le degré de cuisson lors du cuisson au gril. Il suffit de répéter les étapes 3, 4 et 5.

•Le ventilateur se met en marche une minute après le début du programme afin de permettre à l’allumage de bien s’amorcer.

•Le ventilateur peut fonctionner et s’arrêter pendant le cuisson au gril par convection.
