12 galletas de mantequilla y pacanas partidas

2cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina derretida

3/4 taza salsa de crema de caramelo caliente* calentada ligeramente

4onzas queso crema ablandado

1cucharada de azúcar 11/4 cucharadita vainilla

1paquete (3,4 oz) mezcla instantánea de relleno para tarta de queso y pai

11/2 taza leche, dividida

2cucharadas salsa de crema de caramelo caliente* calentada ligeramente

1 cucharadita crema para batir

Corteza: Coloque las galletas en el tazón para picar con cuchillas. Inserte el adaptador para picar en el cuerpo del motor y asegure el adaptador al tazón. Cobertura: Combine la crema de caramelo caliente y la crema en un tazón pequeño. Esparza sobre el pai; haga rayas con la hoja del cuchillo sobre el pai, si lo desea. Refrigere hasta que quede firme, durante unos 30 minutos.

Rinde: 8 porciones.
