BAR BLENDER

Follow directions for Chef’s Blender. The Bar Blender runs at the equivalent of High speed in the “On” position.

14 cup orange-flavored liqueur

1 cup fresh lime juice

1cup superfine sugar (see tips on page 21)

1–2 teaspoons grated lime peel 6 cups ice cubes
