BLENDER RECIPES
1cup tequila
1⁄4cup orange-flavored liqueur
1cup fresh lime juice
1cup superfine sugar (see tips
on page 21)
1–2 teaspoons grated lime peel
6cups ice cubes
CHEF’S BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at High 15 to 20 seconds, or until slushy.
BAR BLENDER
Follow directions for Chef’s Blender. The Bar Blender runs at the equivalent of High speed
in the “On” position.
Yield: 6 servings (1 cup per serving).
