adobo sauce
(from a 7 or 11-oz. can)
1 teaspoon adobo sauce
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄4teaspoon salt
1⁄4cup cider vinegar
1⁄4cup vegetable oil or olive oil
1⁄2cup tomato juice

Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at Medium about 20 seconds, or
until smooth.
BAR BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at Pulse 2 times, 5 seconds each time.
Blend at On about 5 seconds, or until smooth.
