Use either form of UAA (MSB or canonical).

Method 2: Print server TCP/IP setup utility

Use this simple utility to initialize the IP address if your computer is running Windows 95/98, Windows NT, or Windows 2000.

You need to know the 12-digit physical address (UAA) of the print server to use this method. The UAA is listed on the network setup page. See “Print a network setup page” on page 13.

To install the utility:

1Launch the Drivers, MarkVision, and Utilities CD that shipped with your OptraImage hardware.

2Do a custom install to add network support.

3In the list of installable components, select Print Server TCP/IP Setup Utility.

4Follow the instructions on your screen.
